2 Paste your script. Recommended voices for AI niche: Adam (authoritative), Rachel (warm/relatable), Clyde (energetic)

3 Set stability: 0.5, Clarity: 0.75. Generate and download MP3.

4 Free tier: 10,000 characters/month. One 45-second script ≈ 400 chars. That's 25 videos/month free.

3 Cut each clip to match one sentence of your body section. 3 sentences = 3 clips. Aim for cuts every 4-7 seconds.

Assemble in CapCut

CapCut is free and has auto-captions. This is your entire editing workflow.

1 Open CapCut → New Project → Set ratio to 9:16 (TikTok/Reels)

2 Import your MP3 voiceover → place on audio track

3 Import your footage clips → lay them over the voiceover, cutting to match sentences

4 Auto-Captions: Text → Auto Captions → Generate. Style: bold white with black outline. Font size: 60-70. Center aligned.

5 Add hook text overlay on screen for first 3 seconds (large orange text matching VidForge brand)

6 Background music: CapCut library → search "corporate tech" or "motivational". Set to -20dB (under voice)

7 Export: 1080p, 60fps. No watermark (free account is fine for desktop)
